Homeowners, architects, designers, and engineers across the GTA. Whichever seat you sit in, one accountable team handles design and construction, so the plan and the build stay in sync.
Do you replace my architect or engineer, or work alongside them?
We work alongside them. When a project needs an outside architect, engineer, or specialist, our in-house design team coordinates that input around the construction plan rather than replacing it.
Is there one point of contact regardless of who I am?
Yes. Whether you are the homeowner or the professional behind the drawings, one accountable team carries the project from design through permits, construction, and handover.
